UK Delivery 

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our UK deliveries, but we do also use couriers for larger orders, busy periods or as and when necessary.

Please note that UK RETURNS ARE FREE. As we design our own label we strive to keep our garment sizing consistent as possible across our collection. However, should you be a new customer or you are unsure as to which size, colour etc. to order then please take advantage of our free return service and order more than one of the style in question.   This will allow you to try the garments on at you leisure and be sure that you make the right choice. It is important to us that you are happy with your Karen Gillam purchase.

Delivery / Leave Safe Instructions - Please give us as much information as possible to help us deliver your parcel.  If you are a regular customer it may be possible, by prior arrangement, for the courier to leave the parcel safely.  If the carrier is unable to complete safe delivery then they will leave a card so you can arrange an alternative delivery date.

Overseas Delivery

We aim to deliver to anywhere in the world but it's not always that straightforward, so depending where you are we will endevour to fulfill your order as best we can.  A signature will generally be required on receipt. Returns will be at the cost and responsibility of the customer.

All Overseas Orders Please Note: All prices are in Pound Sterling. These prices exclude any import duty or any formal customs entry fee. Any additional taxes, fees or levies may be applicable according to local legislation and all customers are advised to check all this information themselves before placing any orders with Karen Gillam Petite Collection. Orders will be dispatched only after all necessary card details have been verified.

UK Returns

We are happy to refund unworn garments which are returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days.  Details on how to return your parcel along with a free returns label are enclosed in your delivered parcel. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage, provided free of charge by your post office, for all returns. Should you parcel fail to arrive back with us then we will require this proof of postage prior to issuing any refund.

Once the refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your refund receipt.

International Returns

Please try to make the return within a week after receipt and let us know at info@karengillam.co.uk that you are making a return so we can expect your parcel. Details on how to return your parcel are enclosed with a returns label in your delivered parcel. Unfortunately all international return postage costs are to be paid by the customer, please arrange for adequate insurance and always obtain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any returned goods whilst in transit.

Once the refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your refund receipt.
